GN Tar Cleaning Decanter Centrifuge as a new type of coal tar separation equipment, its working principle is two liquid phases and a solid phase into the centrifuge, the use of solid-liquid-liquid specific gravity difference, and rely on the centrifugal force field to expand thousands of times, the solid phase under the action of centrifugal force was settled, the two liquid phases also appear stratification, so as to achieve solid-liquid-liquid three-phase separation, and under the action of special mechanisms to discharge the body respectively. The centrifuge is mainly used for clarification or de-slagging and de-mixing three-phase separation of tar, pesticide, oilfield recovery oil, oilfield aging oil, waste engine oil, restaurant waste grease, etc.

The tar to be treated is fed into the high-speed rotating centrifuge through the tar pump. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase tar residue with the highest density settles on the wall of the rotating cylinder and is conveyed by the screw conveyor to the cone end of the rotating cylinder, where the tar residue is discharged from the discharge port. The tar and ammonia form concentric rings, with the light phase liquid (ammonia) in the innermost layer of the rotor and discharged through the light phase liquid discharge port, and the heavy phase liquid (tar) in the outer layer of the rotor and discharged through the heavy phase liquid discharge port. The entire feeding and separation process is continuous, closed and automatic.

2、A wide range of applications: the solid phase weight content ≦ 10 ﹪, liquid-solid volume concentration ≦ 50 ﹪, liquid-solid weight difference ≧ 0.05g/cm3 solid phase particles of equivalent diameter ≧ 5μm suspension can generally be separated, dewatering, clarification and classification. When the solid phase and liquid phase weight difference is large, the equivalent diameter of the solid phase particles ≧ 2μm can also be separated.

3, a high degree of automation: the machine is continuous feeding, continuous discharge, material and liquid under the action of centrifugal force, solid-phase particles are constantly pushed by the spiral drum small end discharge, clarification of the liquid phase along the spiral groove constantly from the large end of the overflow port, so as to achieve continuous automatic operation. The spiral adopts double spiral structure, with good pushing effect and wide range of adaptable materials.
