The GN High Shear Vibrating Screen, developed by GN Separation, features a long vibrating motor as its single excitation source, driving a sinusoidal inertia force around a fixed axis and direction to achieve circular motion of the screen deck assembly. This screen operates at a frequency of up to 25Hz with a double vibrating amplitude of 2 to 4mm.
Also known as a circular vibrating screen, the GN High Shear Vibrating Screen offers a screen area of 2.8m² or 5.6m² by using 4 or 5 screen meshes. The polyurethane screen mesh is specially designed to prevent blockages, providing an opening rate of 28% to 45%. Available mesh sizes range from 0.045 to 2mm.
Applications: GN High Shear Vibrating Screens are mainly used for dewatering, classification, and coarse separation.
