Multiple Deck Vibrating Screen
GN Multiple deck vibrating screen is a self-developed product by GN Separation. The whole vibrating screen machine is equipped with 2 sets of vibrating motors as the single vibration source, and the vibrating frequency is 25HZ. The principle of two-degree-of-freedom resonance gives a linear vibration of the whole machine. Its double vibrating amplitude is 1 to 2 mm.
GN Multiple deck vibrating screen has more than one layer of screen decks. Based on 3 single layer screen size of 1.4m², 2.1m²and 2.24m²，GN has 2 layers, 3 layers and 5 layers models available. The treating capacity is doubled/tripled/quadrupled/quintupled accordingly, without occupying a larger footprint.
On each layer, GN Multiple deck vibrating screen employs 3 to 5 pieces of polyurethane screen meshes. Polyurethane screen mesh has a special design for prevent the screen openings from blocking. It provides an opening rate from 28% to 45%. The mesh sizes are available from 0.045 to 2 mm.
Applications: GN Multiple deck vibrating Screens are mainly used for applications such as coal preparing, silica sand separation, wet screening, classification and dehydration treatment of fine-grained materials in mineral processing and other industries.
