Mineral Vibrating Screen
The mineral vibrating screen produced by GN Separation is a device designed and manufactured specifically for applications in the mining industry, for example, the mining of coal, iron ore, non-ferrous metals, and some non-metallic minerals. It can also be applied to other industries that require screening and grading of materials, such as the grading of sand and gravel aggregates, sand washing industry, and fertilizer processing plants.
The mineral processing process, simply, is to select useful components from the raw ore and generally includes the following three basic process steps:
1. Preparation work before ore sorting. This includes processes such as ore crushing, screening, grinding, and grading. The purpose is to dissociate various useful minerals from each other, creating conditions for the next step of ore sorting.
2. Sorting operations. By using methods such as gravity separation, magnetic separation, flotation, and electrical separation, useful minerals and gangue are separated to obtain the final product (concentrate, tailings).
3. Processing of selected products. This includes the dewatering of various concentrates and tailings products, as well as the sedimentation, concentration, filtration, drying, and water washing, clarification, and recycling of fine materials.
The mineral vibrating screen can be used in the preparation work before ore sorting and the processing work of selected products. For example, before ore sorting, the mineral vibrating screen can form a closed system of different levels with different crushing equipment to classify the ore, and there are also applications such as using high-frequency fine screens to dewater the selected tailings.
