Linear Vibrating Screens
GN Linear vibrating screen is one of the large mining vibrating screen types GN Separation produces. It is mainly composed of 2 box type vibration exciters, a screen box, vibrating damping screens, and devices for supporting and driving. It features a linear motion track with consistent amplitude. The machine can be positioned horizontally or at an inclined angle.
The single vibrating source of GN linear vibrating screen is combined by 2 box type vibrating exciters. They lead the screen body to move back and force in a linear direction. The motion principle is by forced synchronization. Along with the exciting force, the screen surface composed by screen meshes are driven to vibrate synchronously. In this way, the input material on the screen panels is thrown up then falls down, and the layering and screening happen.
Based on jobsite request, GN has both single deck large linear vibrating screens for two products and double deck large linear vibrating screens for three products.
Applications: GN Large Linear Motion Vibrating Screen is widely used in wet classification, dewatering, demineralization, tailings dry discharge and other process links in mineral processing, coal preparation, gravel aggregate, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.

Features
The entire wallboard is made from a single steel plate without welding, for improved impact toughness. GN uses cold bending technology on wallboard and an imported HUCK rivet for hydraulic tension assembly.
Finite element analysis helps to optimize the structural strength and the vibration quality of the machine, and it also reduces the stress and prolongs equipment’s service life accordingly.
All fluids touching parts and quick-wearing parts are sprayed with polyuria for the whole machine to be corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant.
Modular polyurethane screen panels are versatile and convenient to replace. Plane design for whole screen surface provides a more conductive and larger effective screening area.
Helical gear box type exciters are of high efficiency, with super large exciting force, ultra-low noise, stable operation and long service life; The eccentric block is arranged outside the exciter box, making it convenient convenient for users to adjust amplitude by changing the counterweight setting.
