GN Attended CIPPE 2025 Successfully

In the spring 2025, just as in every March in the past years, CIPPE international exhibition for oil and gas was held in Beijing International Conference Center. And also just as before, GN Solids Control attended the fair at E2168, bringing its newest designs of equipment. Of course, GN equipment attracted quite a lot professional visitors. Those are the equipment GN has brought to the exhibition, which are also GN core products:

1. GN Big Bowl Decanter Centrifuge GNLW654: GNLW654 is one of big bowl decanter centrifuges among GN products, but it is not the very largest model. This decanter centrifuge is equipped with 2 motors as main motor and back motor and the bowl rotating speed and also the differential speed can be adjusted during operation as per material feeding condition and output requests. Such models are widely used for mining tailing treatment, oily sludge treatment and also environment protection.

2. GNLW363 decanter centrifuge with hydraulic drive. Hydraulic drive is one kind of driving system preferred by some projects which is a bit remote from electric power supply or in some extreme conditions. By cooperating with an international famous hydraulic driver supplier, GN has designed its hydraulic driven decanter centrifuges, which are mostly the middle sized centrifuge like 14 inch or 18 inch bowl models and also 9 inch baby centrifuges.

3. Vertical cuttings dryer GNCD930. Vertical cuttings dryer is an efficient equipment used for the drying for the drilling cuttings discharged by solids control shale shakers, and it is suitable for both OBM and SBM. By using the VCD, the cuttings are easier to be transported and more drilling fluids are recycled and reused. Also this equipment is started to be used for different applications besides the cuttings drying.

4. Vacuum pump GNSP40. It is a large model of vacuum pumps. This type of vacuum pump is also called solids pump because its ability to handle solids material and also it is fully air driven.
