GN Dewatering vibrating screens are self-designed, medium-sized, linear motion screens. These screens operate with a single vibrating source generated by two vibrating motors working in reverse synchronization, causing the screen body to move linearly. This motion transmits the vibrating force to the materials on the screen panels, propelling them forward and throwing them upwards for separation and drying. Oversized particles are separated as dried products, while liquids containing smaller particles pass through the mesh holes. The vibrating frequency of the GN Dewatering Linear Motion Vibrating Screen is 16Hz, with a double amplitude of 4 to 6mm. The angle of the vibrating force can be adjusted to suit material properties, optimizing running speed and capacity.
GN Dewatering Linear Motion Vibrating Screens are designed using finite element analysis and anti-fatigue analysis, resulting in a durable structure with reduced energy consumption and increased screening capacity. GN offers various models with different sizes to match diverse capacities.
Applications: GN Dewatering Vibrating Screens are widely used in dewatering, desliming, demineralization, and dry discharge of mining tailings in industries such as mining, coal, construction materials, metallurgy, and chemicals.
