Copper Ore Vibrating Screen

GN has been successfully used in the copper ore beneficiation industry. Different from the traditional copper ore vibrating screen, the stack sizer cleverly designed multiple screen boxes in the vertical direction, which increased the processing capacity with the same floor area. Many mines use hydrocyclones to screen copper ore. This traditional method has a small processing capacity and a low recovery rate of copper ore. Compared with hydrocyclone, GN vibrating screen can provide 15~17% output of concentrator and copper recovery rate increased by 40%.

By selecting PU screens with different opening sizes, the stack size can accurately recover and classify the copper ore particles required by customers.The opening rate of PU screen can reach 28-45% and average life span of more than 6 months

According to the requirements of on-site processing capacity, customers can freely choose the number of shaker decks. GN stack sizer can be freely selected from 2 to 5 layers. The largest type of model can separate 42 cubic meters dry material per hour. While improving the recovery rate of copper, the stack sizer also reduces the cost of the grinding circuit in the entire beneficiation system, and ultimately improves the profit and efficiency of the copper mining plant.
