GN Classification Linear Motion Vibrating Screens are self-designed and feature a single vibrating source created by two vibrating motors. These motors work on the principle of reverse self-synchronization, moving the screen body linearly. The force is transmitted to the materials on the screen panels, which are thrown upwards for separation. The angle between the vibrating force direction and the horizontal direction can be adjusted based on material properties, affecting material speed and treating capacity. The vibrating frequency is 16Hz with a double amplitude of 4 to 6mm.
GN Classification Linear Motion Vibrating Screens are designed using finite element and anti-fatigue analysis, ensuring durability, low energy consumption, and high screening capacity. Available in several models and sizes, they cater to various capacities.
Applications: These screens are used for classification and screening in industries such as coal mining, iron ore mining, non-ferrous metal ore, building materials, and chemicals.
