2、Structural composition
GN large banana vibrating screen mainly consists of box type exciters, screen deck, vibration damping springs, supporting legs, and driving devices. The screen deck is the main screening structure, which can install one or two layers of screen panels with different mesh sizes inside. The box exciters are the key components that generate vibration. Through the high-speed rotation or vibration of the exciters, it drives the entire screen deck to produce linear vibration, thereby allowing the material to be screened on the screen surface. The vibration damping spring is mainly used to absorb the vibration and impact during the screening process, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment. The support and driving device are used to support and drive the entire screen body, enabling it to move according to the set trajectory.
3、 Working principle
The working principle of GN large banana vibrating screen is mainly to screen materials on the screen panel surface through vibration. Specifically, after the equipment is started, the box exciters begin to rotate or vibrate, generating excitation force that is transmitted to the entire screen surface through the screen deck. Under the action of excitation force, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and falls again on the screen surface for dewatering or classification. The double-layer banana screen is mainly used for particle size classification. Large particle materials are intercepted by the upper screen panel, while small particle materials fall through the upper panels to the lower panels. In this way, the particle size classification of the material is ultimately achieved through multi-layer screens.

Efficient screening: GN banana vibrating screen adopts an advanced multi angle combination screen surface design, with a large inclination angle at the feeding end of the screen surface, which allows for rapid movement and layering of materials, which is conducive to the screening of easily screened materials. The inclination angle of the screen surface at the discharge end gradually decreases, causing a decrease in material flow rate, increasing the screening rate of the material, and improving the screening efficiency.

5. The crossbeam under the screen deck is welded with seamless rectangular tubes and high-strength steel plates, and after welding, heat treatment process is carried out to effectively eliminate welding stress. The screen deck wall boards are connected using HUCK rivets to avoid welding stress.
6. The wet touching components of the equipment adopt the process of polyurea rasin spraying or bonding wear-resistant rubber plates, which can effectively reduce the wear of the equipment components and ensure the long-term effective application of the equipment.
