8 Sets of GN Linear Motion Vibrating Screens for Iron Ore Mine

In a recent project, GN manufactured for a domestic client a batch of linear motion vibrating screens for an iron ore mining project. Linear motion vibrating screens are widely used for metal mining, mineral mining, coal mines and etc. They help with dewatrering and classification, enhancing the efficiency of mining process.

GN Linear Motion Vibrating Screens’ features:

1. Generally speaking, GN covers 3 types of linear motion vibrating screens different in sizes: the fine sizers with high frequency, and equipped with polyurethane screen meshes, middle sized linear motion vibrating screens mainly for dewatering and classification, and large vibrating screens.

2. GN Linear motion vibrating screens are strong in structure. The side walls are made of whole steel plate without any welding. And screen deck are connected with huck rivets which is more stable and durable.

3. The vibrating source is generated by 2 vibrating motors or vibrating exciters. For the high frequency fine sizers and the middle sized models, GN source from Oli or Martin, while the large linear motion vibrating screens are using the large exciters made by GN. A stable drive source ensures the performance of separating.

4. For all GN Linear motion vibrating screen models, GN has polyurethane screen available. Comparing with steel screens, the polyurethane screens are better in wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the service life is effectively extended. For the fine sizers, GN uses the flexible polyurethane screen meshes, while for the other models, the polyurethane screen panels are adopted.

5. All of GN linear motion vibrating screens are designed in modular Installation, allowing flexible adjustment of panel positions. This facilitates on-site installation and speeds up screen panel replacement, significantly reducing equipment downtime.

6. GN optimized several details for improving the vibrating screens processing capacity.The equipment boasts a large screening area,especially the models for dewatering. The dewatering models are made with a slight slope on the inlet side of screens, enabling quick and effective dewatering operations and significantly improving iron ore processing efficiency.

7. Based on different jobsite conditions, the screening machine can be installed at different angles in order to meet the best performance position.

This batch of 8 sets of vibrating screens are to be delivered to a client in domestic China and the application for those screens is dewatering during iron ore mining. In fact, around 70% of GN equipment are exported to overseas market, and till now, GN equipment has been exported to 70+ countries and regions in the world.
